Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how WENTZEL.AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Cytra Support platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When your account is created we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. Access is invite-only and authentication is by email and password; we do not use third-party social sign-in.
Content & Documentation
To power your AI support agents, you may upload or connect documentation sources (websites, GitHub repositories, Notion workspaces, and other integrations). We store and process this content solely to provide the Service.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, AI query and token counts, browser type, IP address, and device information.
Cookies & Telemetry
We use strictly-necessary, first-party browser storage to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We do not load third-party analytics, advertising, session-recording, or social-media tracking technologies on this site (no Google Analytics, no Microsoft Clarity, no advertising pixels), and we do not use cross-site tracking cookies. Product telemetry used to operate and secure the Service is first-party and collected server-side; it is not set through tracking cookies in your browser.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary storage may affect Service functionality.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process your documentation and support queries through Anthropic Claude (response generation) and Voyage AI (text embeddings for semantic search over your knowledge base) to power intelligent support agents, ticket triage, and response drafting.
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, notifications) via AWS SES.
- Monitor Service health, detect abuse, and ensure security.
- Respond to support requests and communicate product updates.
3. AI Data Processing
Your uploaded documentation and support queries are processed by Anthropic Claude to generate AI-powered responses, and by Voyage AI to produce the text embeddings that power semantic search over your knowledge base. We do not use your content to train our own models or any third-party models. AI outputs are generated in real time and are not stored beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service and maintain usage logs.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Service:
- Cloudflare, Inc.— hosts and delivers the application (Workers) and stores structured data (D1) and uploaded content and exports (R2).
- Anthropic, PBC— processes documentation and queries with Claude models to generate AI responses.
- Voyage AI, Inc.— generates text embeddings of your documentation and queries to power semantic search.
- Amazon Web Services, Inc. (SES)— sends transactional emails on our behalf.
The Cytra sub-processor list records the legal entity, location, service, and data category for each of these. We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and isolated project workspaces. While no system is completely secure, we are committed to protecting your data using commercially reasonable safeguards.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@wentzel.ai.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. International Transfers
Cytra processes and stores data in the United States, and your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions, which may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence. See our sub-processor list for the transfer mechanisms that apply.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
