What counts as an MCP call?
Any tools/call request routed through your /mcp/{slug} endpoint. tools/list, initialize, and ping do not count.
What if I exceed my included calls?
On the Team plan, overage flows to Stripe at $0.04 per call, billed at the end of the month. Free plan calls hard-cap at 100 per workspace per month.
Can I bring my own MCP server?
Yes — add a custom MCP backend in the Connections page. Cytra Support routes matching app calls to your URL with the same audit and policy enforcement.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is available on the Team plan with a 15% discount. Contact sales to set up annual.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes — Stripe prorates immediately. Seat increases bill on the prorated remainder; decreases credit the next invoice.
